Tsawerna

Terms of use

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms govern the use of Tsawerna by the organizers who create a party and by the guests who take photos at it. By using the service, you accept them.

1. Publisher

Tsawerna, company being registered, 3100 Kairouan, Tunisia. Contact: contact@tsawerna.com.

2. The service

Tsawerna gives the organizer a QR code and a link. Guests open them on their phone, with no app or account, take a limited number of photos and can leave a short video message. Photos appear for a few minutes in the live feed during the party. The organizer then finds all the photos and videos, chooses which ones to keep and publishes a gallery that their guests can browse.

3. Organizer account

4. Plans and payment

5. Refunds

For a refund request: contact@tsawerna.com.

6. Content sent by guests

Each guest remains responsible for the photos and videos they send. Prohibited content includes anything illegal, hateful, violent or sexually explicit, anything that infringes a person's privacy or dignity, and any content involving a minor in an inappropriate way.

You keep your rights to your photos and videos. You grant Tsawerna the right, limited to what the service requires, to store them, process them (thumbnails, archives, automatic filter) and display them to the intended people: the party's live feed, the organizers and the published gallery. Organizers can download the photos and videos of their party for personal use.

7. Moderation and removal

8. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service running during your party, but a phone, a mobile network or a browser can fail. We advise you to download the archive of your photos and videos after the party and keep a copy.

To the extent permitted by law, Tsawerna's liability is limited to the amount paid for the party concerned.

9. Retention and deletion

The gallery and download links remain accessible for twelve months after publication. You can ask at any time for a party or your account to be deleted. Details are in our privacy policy.

10. Changes

We may evolve the service and these terms. The terms that apply to a party are those in force at the time it was created.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. In case of disagreement, we first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent Tunisian courts will have jurisdiction.
